I give then 5 stars. Best car rental I have used so far in Bulgaria. The rental price was cheaper than the other companies I have checked. Due to unavailability of the selected car model, I have been contacted and offered better car. I have been greeted on time upon my arrival as well as prompt presence for collection. The representative was very accurate for the paperwork as well as when explaining all that I needed to know about the car. During my journey, I had a flat tyre and the representative was available for helping me with the problem. Car rentals

Rent a car exclusively here. We do this often enough, either personally, or members of my family. Quality and attitude is always top notch. This time it was my best rent, there were no complaints about the car, it was clean, good in management, without any problems. I like very much that full insurance is already included in the rental price, which is not unimportant! I travel with a child, so safety comes first. The child was given a booster. Never has this company let me down or my family, it’s a pleasure to take a car from them and always only positive emotions. Great service from beginning. I got call 1 day in advance and they informed that we will get bigger car than ordered:) Car was delivered on time, everything was working fine. Bulgaria itself is beautiful place to visit and you must have a car to see country. Return was without problems, deposit was returned in few days. What they ordered, they got it - Ford Focus, met with a sign at the exit from the airport, the car showed itself in accordance with the mileage, but never failed on the software route - Bansko - Devin - SB - Burgas - Sofia, for a total of 1500 km. Car rentals

I found MOTOROADS looking for a rental car in Sofia at an affordable price. I reviewed the reviews, almost everyone was very positive and decided to book. The booking process is easy. Getting the car was convenient, a MOTOROADS employee waiting for us at the terminal, the car was nearby. Upon returning the car, we agreed to hand it over to the company`s office, but a very kind employee from the company took us to the place where we had to go to Sofia. There were no hidden costs and charges, cars are offered with full insurance and the terms are clear (unlike many other car rental companies, including the world famous).
