Hi there . . . . . don`t usually bother about leaving feedback but in this instance I felt I had to as the service provided was top notch. The gent that delivered the rental car was polite, friendly and arrived on time. The rental car was clean and tidy, with just a few nicks that were noted on the rental agreement. I`ve used MOTOROADS a number of times, I`ve always found them punctual and efficient, they`ve always been at the airport even when our plane was late in arriving, The telephone/email support has been great particular praise to Ema :) fabulous member of the team, the hand over is smooth and quick allowing you to get away and enjoy the unique driving experience in Bulgaria and the car return is equally as quick. We`ve used the car rental services of MOTOROADS three times already. They have always been very professional and efficient in providing their services. We would definitely recommend them for your car rental needs. We usually do an address pick-up and return. It has never been an issue and the representatives have always showed on time. One of the times, they upgraded us (for free) to a larger vehicle, because they did not have anything available form the class that we had initially booked. We rented from 29. 8. until 17. 09. 2016 a car from MOTOROADS and were over 1800 km on the way. The handover and return were straightforward. We took the car at the hotel in Sofia and left it at the airport. The price-performance ratio was very good. The staff were helpful and very friendly.
